REPORT ON SINDHI PRADESH MOVEMENT,Jhulelal Teerathdham & Allied Activities,During year 2016

PART I

Three Landmark Developments:-

1-Actual Construction Work of Jhulelal Tirathdham Temple at Narayan Sarovar,Koricreak started. This Tirathdham has similar significance for Sindhis of the World,as Golden Temple of Amritsar to Sikhs, Mecca to Muslims,Vatican city to Christians,Jerusalem to Jews & Delhi Lotus Temple to BAHAEES.

2-In recent DEMI REFRENDUM on following three alternates for EMPOWERMENT of SINDHIS:-
(a)In Parliament & State Assemblies,Maximum Sindhis should be sent.
(b)Reservation for Sindhis under NCM ACT 1992
(c)Creation of Sindhi Pradesh 

Maximum Sindhis including initiators of other two alternates,supported creation of S.Pradesh.

3-Launching of SINDHI INDIAN NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC(SIND)PARTY on 11thApril 2016 to activate the Movement for early Political Recognition of Sindhi Pradesh. The event got Wide spread Coverage in Press, all over India,besides highest supportive comments on Social Media.

                  The Broad Outlines of the Constitution of the SIND PARTY,was published in F.B.under the Heading: MUMBAI DECISIONS and Sindhi Press.

Due to practical difficulties in convening second meeting,in such vast country, following Vital Decisions were taken by sending the following Proposals for Circulation among the Participants of Mumbai Convention, treating them as Directors.

P-1:Ground Activities:
1-Visits of Sindhis Residing Out of S.L.T. for Public contact & familarisation with Sindhi Linguistic Territory.2-MAJOR EVENT in National Capital for Media Attention & Attention of Sindhis spread.3-Public Meetings in all Sindhi Cities,State capitals & all Metropolisis.

P-4:Publicity & Media Management Committee

P-5:Resources Mobilization & Financial Management Committee List.

P-6:Recruitment of Primary Members by Internet /Online Procedure.

P-8:List of Areas for representing in various bodies,mentioned above.

PART II

The main objective of SIND PARTY is to get Sindhi Pradesh with the support of natives of S.L.T. & simultaneously integrating the two categories:-

Natives & Migrants,belonging to common Culture\Civilization of Moan jo Darho, Harhapa,Lothal & Dholaveera.

Hence the Mumbai Convention decided that Party, would participate in all Elections from PANCHAYATS to PARLIAMENT in SLT & shall get Registered with concerned agencies as per rules. For winning elections & getting support for the goal of S.P.,the Party would work at Grass Root Level by opening units from Mohalla to Lok sabha Constituency in SLT, having majority of Sodhas, Lohanas, Menghwars,Tribal Kuchhis etc.

In rest of India, units of Party, would provide Logistic support for the AGITATION i.e.Demonstrations, Public Meetings,Press conferences etc.to attract attention of Central Government, for taking Positive Action on our PENDING DEMAND.These units would also mobilize Sindhi Capitalists for Investment in SLT to increase Employment Opportunities.

Thus, SIND PARTY would Primarily be a STATE PARTY like T.M.C.of Bengal, DMK\AIDMK of Tamilnadu, SHIV SENA & NCP of Maharashtra, RJD, JDU of Bihar.
As per Mumbai Decisions, SIND PARTY outside SLT would be Nonpolitical organization of Indian Sindhis,agitating for creation of S.P.For this, We included all Sindhis,irrespective of their social status & PoliticalAffiliations, in various committees, wings & depended on them for GroundActivities etc.

We also formed MARAG DARSHAK MANDAL\POLIT BUREAU with following well known SINDHIS of both categories:-

Dadi Pushpa Advani,Dr.Ram Buxani,Mr.Mohan Gehani,Sister Ashachand,Sister Subhadra, Mr.KamleshMoorjani, Mr.PremTolani, Mr.VALJIBHAI DANICHA-Ex.MLA from Gandhidham, shri MADHAV JOSHI "ASHQ".

At the close of year 2016, we have to make appraisal of the mistakes & modify our strategy accordingly. The first priority would be to energize agitation to compel Government for acceding to our JUST DEMAND in 2017, the election year in 5 states with sizable SINDHI POPULATION.

we have APPEALED to Sindhi voters to vote the party incorporating our DEMAND in Election Manifesto & also appealed to our MOST POPULAR PM, Honourable Narendra Modiji, to act for such incorporation in the Election Manifesto of BJP,respecting the sentiments of SINDHIS. About 12 intellectuals have shared this Appeal on FB, with several favourable reactions.

Self Appraisal accepts following blunders slowing the MOMENTUM:-

1-OVERDEPENDENCE on others on vital programs & activities enumerated in PART l of the REPORT.

2-IGNORING the completion of MEMBERSHIP PROCESS with participants of Mumbai convetion; willing members of United Sindhi Forum;others supporting the SINDHI PRADESH IDEOLOGY.

3-POSTPONING our activities due to HYPE created by NATIONAL SAMELON held on 6 November 2016 in National capital,demanding Political & Legal Rights of Sindhi samaj.We believed the verbal assurance of including Right of Sindhi speaking state in their Demand of POLITICAL RIGHTS.Our close friends were OVER ENTHUSIASTIC because of participation of Bhartiya Sindhu Sena, having widespread network throughout India.

PROGRAM PLAN FOR 2017

1-TO EXECUTE,programs & activities enumerated in PART FIRST OF REPORT, with the cooperation of all Sindhis,to make it JAN ANDOLAN\PEOPLES MOVEMENT like Freedom struggle of Mahatma Gandhi,when Peoples participated voluntarily out of EMOTIONAL URGE from within.

2-Considering the labour & TIME in creating special page, BLOG\website etc. besides,wide support from SINDHI PUBLIC through press\social media,we shall continue the SIND PARTY for the objectives etc.mentioned in convention. The only change may be in SYMBOL & EMBLEM,if there is any objection from ELECTION COMMISSION. In 2017 PARTY would be strengthened by FORMALLY including Mumbai convention participants,USF members,SP ideology supporter.

3-To complete urgently the work of membership by special Membership Drive. Because,all pending policy decisions,would have to be taken democratically, by SECRET BALLOT exercised by the PRIMARY MEMBERS.we cannot wait INDEFINITELY for the results of various committees formed on 5th August 2016.

4-NEW COMMITTEES would have to be formed out of primary members of the SIND PARTY, after INTENSIVE persuasions & reminders to August committees.

5-To complete necessary formalities for getting the recognition of STATE PARTY in SLT & form the units,after intensive consultations with natives.

6-To form the committees of Party Members for INVOLVING panchayats, sahitkars & other IMPORTANT segments of SINDHI CITIZENS of India.

7-Two ARDENT supporters of SP IDEOLOGY are ready to give FULL TIME for involving panchayats & spirtual institutions in our cause.They have formulated DETAILED BLUEPRINT of their activities.

SIND PARTY have to take final decision,whether to participate in elections, throughout India,notwithstanding the MUMBAI DECISIONS only for SLT.

There are two opinions:-

1st:Those opposing the elections say,what is the use of wasting time-energy in those areas,where SIND PARTY candidates are sure to loose DEPOSITS, because voters are PRO BJP due to MODI WAVE.

2nd:Those favouring elections,say,Party candidates may loose individually, but SIND PARTY would win the POPULARITY among sindhi public, especially the SINDHI YOUTH, who are eager to fight elections on local SINDHI issues. According to them SP would definitily WIDEN its BASE,by participating.

FURTHER CONSULTATIONS ARE NEEDED before FINAL DECISION.
